The good thing about polos is that the design really doesnt vary from brand to brand. You could go with a different brand for the kids and the teens. Colors will vary though, so in that case you should choose white.
If you want a color to match though, I would check the Gap & Gap Kids, J Crew, and Ralph Lauren (although RL always puts their logo on the polos so maybe not).

Has several stores in London in particular but you can order online also. The pink shirt in my avatar is from there, there is lots of smart shirts in all sorts of style. You won't have problems getting a quality bright pink shirt. They can be a bit pricey, but totally worth it, I only buy their shirts now.
