12 year old son wearing his sisters clothes?

My 12 year old son is wearing his sisters clothes. Wearing EVERYTHING of hers, no matter what it is. I have no problem with him doing this. but im just curious as to what i should do? talk to him about it? just let him be? by him his own clothes?

I have a feeling that he is doing this because of his older brother. He is 18, and wears skinny jeans and pinkpurpleblack tight fit shirts alot. But he isnt at all gay or a crossdresser or anything like that. He will sometimes wear a pettiskirt or bikini top to make his girlfriend smile, but his younger brother doesnt know about that. My 12 year old looks up to him as a guardian, so i am thinking that he might think that his older brother is wearing girl clothes?

His sister doesnt mind that he wears her clothes. she even gives him some of hers. I am just curious as to what to do? should i just let him be? buy him his own clothes? talk to him about it?

Its very cool that your not freaking over this.

As long as your calm about it, which I think you are, I'd say that you should talk to him about it. I mean, he is only 12 and it is a pretty good guess that he is just copying his older brother, so I wouldn't make that big of a deal of it right now but if you two are alone sometime you can just ask him "why do you do that" in a non-attacking way. So probably not just asking "Hey kid, why are you doing that" would be the best idea. lol

Try asking him what he likes about it or something.

If he was a little older, I'd suggest you to talk to him about possibly liking girls or boys but seeing as he is only 12...possibly not really on his radar yet so even if he is thinking that way, he probably wouldn't notice it.

And, also, I'd let him buy whatever clothes he wants, with in a price range though haha.
